This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Voxist plans and credit purchases. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
New workspaces include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, the workspace simply moves to the free tier when the trial ends — there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your workspace, or through the billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. At the end of the period, the workspace moves to the free tier.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current period, and we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time.
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your workspace.
When you upgrade or downgrade an active subscription, the change is prorated automatically: upgrades are charged the prorated difference immediately, and downgrades credit the unused portion of your current plan toward your next invoice. No separate refund is issued for a downgrade.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us at team@voxist.io within 60 days and we will review it. Genuine billing errors are corrected promptly.
